Almost... it's a house in the middle of the sea where, from every window, the deep blue, endless sunrises, sunsets and a piece of Sardinia enter: the Aragonese Tower that houses the property in all its enchanting majesty.

Overhanging the cliff of 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮,
with its 180sqm, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a 5-hectare park, a mini annexe, a private pool and beach, is located ℒ𝑒𝒾, Aqua.

~ Splendidly perched on a rocky shelf descending sheer into the sea, Villa Regina is set in one of the most beautiful stretches of the Golfo degli Angeli, just a short distance from Cagliari.

~ Safety and health are a priority for us.
For this reason we want to inform you that before your arrival your accommodation will be cleaned and sanitized according to the WHO indications, giving particular attention to all the surfaces that are touched most frequently.
The linen (sheets and towels) is included for each guest and is sanitized and
sanitized.
~ We can check in you from 4pm till 9 pm.
~ Check in after 9pm is available upon request and subject to approval.
~ Day use (on request): € 500
~ To offer you our best service we need to know your flight number or if you are not coming bye plane your expected arrival on time.
Consider that nobody of us live nearby and we need to plan your arrival time in advance
~ No cleaning service and linen change are provide during your stay.
In the event of a request for intermediate cleaning during the stay, this must be agreed in advance and has a cost of 250€, while the change of linen has a cost of 15€ for each double bed and 10€ for each single bed.
~ Other services available upon request (fees will apply):
Crib and sheets: 5€ per day (you can pay it at check in time)
~ On request, only when you are reserving the flat, you could reserve your beach towels at the price of 5€ per beach towels for your entire holiday.
~ In case you lost the keys we'll ask for a refund of 50€ from your deposit.
