Charming room with balcony | Karú Suites

The Suite is located in the historic district of Villanova, once inhabited by peasants, inside a small historic building that has been recently completely renovated, highlighting all the architectural elements of the past and enhancing it with new architectural elements.
The Suite has a generous space of 18 square meters and has a comfortable double bed with the possibility of a third bed, a large bathroom with extra large shower.

The Suite has two balconies overlooking the quiet and flowery Via Piccioni.
The Suite has air conditioning, smart TV, mini bar, coffee machine, kettle and a small courtesy kit.

To access the Suite we will provide you with the entrance codes before your arrival, after receiving the documents of all the guests.

We will always be available during your stay at our telephone numbers, but you will have the privacy necessary for a wonderful stay.

*The property has no reception, so we need our guests to get in touch with us before their arrival to receive the useful information for self check in.

*Also, from the 1st of July 2021 the municipality of Cagliari introduced the city tax.
Every guest who spends the night in an accommodation is required to pay to the owner/manager of the property, euro 1,50 per person per night by cash.
We want to thank our guests for their cooperation.

*Safety and health is a priority for us.
This is why we want to inform you that before your arrival your accommodation will be cleaned and sanitized according to the indications of the WHO, paying particular attention to all the surfaces that are touched most frequently.
Linen (sheets and towels) is included for each guest and is sanitized !

* Self check in starting from 3 pm.

* Day use (upon request and availability): € 75

* The Suite has been recently renovated taking care of the smallest details, and is located on the first floor of a historic building with high ceilings and without lift.

* In case of loss of the set of keys, an amount of € 50.00 will be deducted from your security deposit.

* Upon request and availability it is possible to have a baby cot with baby sheets at a cost of 5 euros per day.

* Upon request , we can provide you with beach towels at a cost of 5 euros for the entire stay (from May till October)

* We collaborate with an excellent NCC service that guarantees the same rates as taxi companies, with the difference that the driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area holding a sign with your name. You can pay the service at the end of the ride directly to the driver.
The price is 27,50€ (1-3 ppl) and 35€ (4-8 ppl). Please consider that transfers from 21.30 pm till 7am have a different price. Ask us for a quote in that case! To arrange transfer service we have to be informed at least 72 hrs before your arrival.
