We are located in the heart of the historical quarter of 𝓥𝓲𝓵𝓵𝓪𝓷𝓸𝓿𝓪, amidst its picturesque streets and authentic atmosphere.

Inside a small ancient palace recently renovated, two refined rooms with elegant finishes and an unparalleled welcome will welcome you: 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝘂' 𝗦𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗲𝘀.

The two suites, one of which has an enchanting private terrace overlooking the rooftops of the city, are located in a privileged and strategic position for exploring the centre of Cagliari on foot, with its churches, historical palaces, museums and gardens.

Finally, you can simply let your senses guide you as you discover cafés, small restaurants and typical shops, passing by the wonderful street art that has transformed the district into an open-air gallery with its colours.

The Suite "terrace" has a private terrace overlooking the quiet neighborhood.
The Suite has air conditioning, smart TV, mini bar, coffee machine, kettle and a small courtesy kit.

~ Safety and health are a priority for us.
For this reason we want to inform you that before your arrival your accommodation will be cleaned and sanitized according to the WHO indications, giving particular attention to all the surfaces that are touched most frequently.
The linen (sheets and towels) is included for each guest and is sanitized and sanitized.
~ No cleaning service and linen change are provide during your stay.
~ You can check in from 4pm
~ Check out is by 10am
~ Day use (on request): €75
~ In case you lost the keys we will ask for a refund of 50€ from your deposit.
~ Other services available upon request (fees will apply):
~ Crib and sheets: 5€ per day (you can pay it at check in time)
~ On request, only when you are reserving the flat, you could reserve your beach towels at the price of 5€ per towel for your entire holiday (from May till September).
~ We collaborate with an excellent NCC service.
