We present 𝗗𝗶𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮, a marvellous villa with a sea view on the south coast of Sardinia, in one of the most loved and frequented localities by locals: 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗮𝘀, a true oasis of nature&wellness.

It offers 8 beds divided into 4 spacious rooms, a large living room with sea view, a fully equipped kitchen and 4 bathrooms, for a total area of 210 square metres.

The sea-view patio will welcome you on cool spring days and frame the salty summer evenings.
An indoor fireplace will warm you up on autumn afternoons, while in the outdoor one, the steaming grill will take care of your dinner.


A five-minute walk from an enchanting white sandy beach, this villa will welcome you and make you feel at home.

~ Geremeas is a small touristic place 30 km from Cagliari and 24 km from Villasimius

~ In few minutes by car you can enjoy other really beautiful beach as Kala & More, Mari Pintau and Torre delle Stelle.

~ Safety and health are a priority for us.
For this reason we want to inform you that before your arrival your accommodation will be cleaned and sanitized according to the WHO indications, giving particular attention to all the surfaces that are touched most frequently.
The linen (sheets and towels) is included for each guest and is sanitized and sanitized.
~ No cleaning service and linen change are provide during your stay.
~ We can check in you from 4pm till 9 pm.
~ Check in after 9pm is available upon request and subject to approval.
~ Day use (on request): € 250
In the event of a request for intermediate cleaning during the stay, this must be agreed in advance and has a cost of 180€, while the change of linen has a cost of 15€ for each double bed and 10€ for each single bed.
~ Other services available upon request (fees will apply):
Crib and sheets: 5€ per day (you can pay it at check in time)
~ On request, only when you are reserving the flat, you could reserve your beach towels at the price of 5€ per beach towels for your entire holiday.
~ In case you lost the keys we'll ask for a refund of 50€ from your deposit.
