We are delighted to present ππΎππππΆ β³ππΉπΎπππππΆπππΆ, a seaside villa of unique charm, located on the southern coast of Sardinia and set in one of the islandβs most beloved destinations among locals: Santa Margherita di Pula, a true oasis of nature and well-being.
The villa accommodates up to 10 guests, offering five spacious bedrooms, a generous double living room, a fully equipped kitchen and six bathrooms, covering approximately 200 square metres in total.
The patio, nestled among majestic pine trees and a lush Mediterranean garden, invites moments of pure relaxation, with an outdoor barbecue perfect for unforgettable dinners with friends and family.
Few steps walking from an enchanting white sandy beach, this villa will welcome you offering the comfort of a true home by the sea.
~ Santa Margherita is a small touristic place 45 km from Cagliari.
Is a district of houses and villas very close to the exclusive beach and the sea
~ In few minutes by car you can enjoy other really beautiful beach as Chia and Tuerredda
~ Safety and health are a priority for us.
For this reason we want to inform you that before your arrival your accommodation will be cleaned and sanitized according to the WHO indications, giving particular attention to all the surfaces that are touched most frequently.
The linen (sheets and towels) is included for each guest and is sanitized and sanitized.
~ No cleaning service and linen change are provide during your stay.
~ We can check in you from 4pm till 9 pm.
~ Check in after 9pm is available upon request and subject to approval.
~ Day use (on request): β¬ 250
In the event of a request for intermediate cleaning during the stay, this must be agreed in advance and has a cost of 180β¬, while the change of linen has a cost of 15β¬ for each double bed and 10β¬ for each single bed.
~ Other services available upon request (fees will apply):
Crib and sheets: 5β¬ per day (you can pay it at check in time)
~ On request, only when you are reserving the flat, you could reserve your beach towels at the price of 5β¬ per beach towels for your entire holiday.
~ In case you lost the keys we'll ask for a refund of 50β¬ from your deposit.
~ Possibility to reserve a transfer
