Of this new property, we immediately loved the perfect fusion of old and contemporary.
The house has a 𝑠𝑡𝑖𝑙𝑒 𝑖𝑛𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑓𝑜𝑛𝑑𝑖𝑏𝑖𝑙𝑒, meticulous attention to detail, an exemplary recovery of precious materials such as wooden beams and stone, and a special warmth that emanates from the first moment you walk through the door.

~ The house is recently renovated, and it is at the ground floor of a historic building with high ceiling.
~ The apartment is composed by 2 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped and lovable kitchen.

~ Safety and health are a priority for us.
For this reason we want to inform you that before your arrival your accommodation will be cleaned and sanitized according to the WHO indications, giving particular attention to all the surfaces that are touched most frequently.
The linen (sheets and towels) is included for each guest and is sanitized and sanitized.
~ No cleaning service and linen change are provide during your stay.
~ You can check in from 4pm
~ Day use (on request): €75
~ In case you lost the keys we will ask for a refund of 50€ from your deposit.
~ Other services available upon request (fees will apply):
~ Crib and sheets: 5€ per day (you can pay it at check in time)
~ We collaborate with an excellent NCC service.
