BEFORE ARRIVING:
Before your arrival and in order to give all the useful information for your stay and your self check in (Cagliari), we need you complete the check in form we've sended you.
That's because for italian law we have to register all our guest.

LINEN:
The linen is included and is sanitized.
Even the property is completely sanitized after every guest check out, but remember that there is no intermediate cleaning during your stay.

CITY TAX (for Cagliari , Torre delle Stelle and Villasimius)
I remind you that guests staying in Cagliari, Torre delle Stelle and Villasimius are required to pay the tourist tax of € 1.50 (Cagliari), of €2 (Torre delle Stelle) and of €1 (Villasimius) per person per night.
You can pay the tax in cash at check out time.

Right not to be subjected to automated processes (Art. 22 GDPR): Possibility for the Customer to object to being subjected to processes based solely on automated processing if they produce legal effects concerning him or her or significantly affect him or her. The data controller does not use automated decision-making processes capable of producing legal effects on the data subjects.
