~ The house is recently renovated, and it is at the second floor of a historic building with high ceiling and without lift and has the view on Via Manno and Piazza Yenne.
~ The apartment is composed by a bedroom with a bathroom, a living room with a large sofa bed, fully equipped and lovable kitchen, a mezzanine (height: around 170cm) with two single bed that upon request can be joined in one double, a small bathroom, a reading area and a small wardrobe area.

~ Safety and health are a priority for us.
For this reason we want to inform you that before your arrival your accommodation will be cleaned and sanitized according to the WHO indications, giving particular attention to all the surfaces that are touched most frequently.
The linen (sheets and towels) is included for each guest and is sanitized and sanitized.
~ No cleaning service and linen change are provide during your stay.
~ You can check in from 4pm till 9 pm.
~ Check in after 9pm is available upon request and subject to approval.
~ Day use (on request): €75
~ In case you lost the keys we will ask for a refund of 50€ from your deposit.
~ Other services available upon request (fees will apply):
~ Crib and sheets: 5€ per day (you can pay it at check in time)
~ On request, only when you are reserving the flat, you could reserve your beach towels at the price of 5€ per towel for your entire holiday (from May till September).
~ We collaborate with an excellent NCC service.
