~ Both suites are at the first floor (without lift) of an historic building in Marina neighborhood, few steps from the harbour .
~ The Suite "Levante" is a triple room with air conditioning, smart TV, mini bar, coffee machine, kettle and a small courtesy kit.

~ Safety and health are a priority for us.
For this reason we want to inform you that before your arrival your accommodation will be cleaned and sanitized according to the WHO indications, giving particular attention to all the surfaces that are touched most frequently.
The linen (sheets and towels) is included for each guest and is sanitized and sanitized.
~ No cleaning service and linen change are provide during your stay.
~ You can check in from 4pm
~ Check out is by 10AM
~ Day use (on request): €75
~ In case you lost the keys we will ask for a refund of 50€ from your deposit.
~ Other services available upon request (fees will apply):
~ Crib and sheets: 5€ per day (you can pay it at check in time)
~ We collaborate with an excellent NCC service or we can suggest you a car rental.
