We are in Via Nicolò Canelles, one of the most characteristic and ancient streets in Cagliari's medieval quarter, Castello.

Here was born 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗗𝗶𝗲𝗴𝗼, a bright loft, American style, with refined pastel colours and a delightful retro touch. 145sqm, 2 bathrooms, 4 guests.

The living area is a bright and comfortable open space with an exclusive view of the Cathedral and Palazzo Regio.

The splendid kitchen, fully equipped, will allow you to take a break and try out the products from the neighbourhood shops.

The large and livable loft is dedicated to the sleeping area, with a spacious walk-in wardrobe, a reading corner and a bathroom.

The neighbourhood of Castello will make you fall in love.
You can start your day with a slow breakfast in the little square below the house with a view of the Cathedral, continue with a walk in the typical narrow streets of the neighbourhood, visit the Elephant Tower, the museums and the Palazzo Regio, be thrilled by the views of the gulf and the city, and end the day with an aperitif at sunset on the terrace of Via Santa Croce.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and open in an elegant and colourful living space.
Whether you’re on a city trip, vacation or smart-working, the loft provides all the atmosphere, equipment, and comfort you may need.

~ Safety and health are a priority for us.
For this reason we want to inform you that before your arrival your accommodation will be cleaned and sanitized according to the WHO indications, giving particular attention to all the surfaces that are touched most frequently.
The linen (sheets and towels) is included for each guest and is sanitized and sanitized.
~ No cleaning service and linen change are provide during your stay.
~ You can check in from 4pm till 9 pm.
~ Check in after 9pm is available upon request and subject to approval.
~ Day use (on request): €75
~ In case you lost the keys we will ask for a refund of 50€ from your deposit.
~ Other services available upon request (fees will apply):
~ Crib and sheets: 5€ per day (you can pay it at check in time)
~ On request, only when you are reserving the flat, you could reserve your beach towels at the price of 5€ per towel for your entire holiday (from May till September).
~ We collaborate with an excellent NCC service.
