Located in the heart of the historic quarter of Cagliari, this spacious and luminous loft will be the perfect home for your Sardinian experience.
Beautifully decorated with a modern touch, the apartment offers a unique view on the Cathedral and the Palazzo Regio.
You will be a few steps away from most cultural highlights of the city, restaurants, cafes, bars, and local shops.

The apartment is perfect for 4 people, with two queen-size beds and two bathrooms.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and open in an elegant and colourful living space.
Whether you’re on a city trip, vacation or smart-working, the loft provides all the atmosphere, equipment, and comfort you may need.

Inside the house you will find, a caffe machine, a fridge with freezer, a microwave, an electric kettle, toaster, air condition in the common area, air condition in the mezzanine area, a washing machine and a television.

*We would like to remind you that from the 1st of July 2021 the municipality of Cagliari introduced the city tax.
Every guest who spends the night in an accommodation is required to pay to the owner/manager of the property, euro 1,50 per person per night by cash.

The linen (sheets and towels) is included for each guest and is sanitized and sanitized!

* The flat is at first floor, without lift of a historic building with high ceiling. One bedroom and one bathroom are on a mezzanine area.

* In case you lost the keys we'll ask for a refund of 50 euros from your deposit.

* We collaborate with an excellent NCC service that guarantees the same rates as taxi companies, with the difference that the driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area holding a sign with your name. You can pay the service at the end of the ride directly to the driver.
The price is 27,50€ (1-3 ppl) and 35€ (4-8 ppl). Please consider that transfers from 21.30 pm till 7am have a different price. Ask us for a quote in that case! To arrange transfer service we have to be informed at least 72 hrs before your arrival.

Crib and sheets: euro 5 per day (you can pay it at check in time)
* On request, only when you are reserving the flat, you could reserve your beach towels at the price of 5 euro per towel for your entire holiday (from May till October)
