Welcome to 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐚, a charming sea-view villa on the southern coast of Sardinia, located in one of the most beloved and visited spots by locals: 𝐾𝑎𝑙'𝑒 𝑀𝑜𝑟𝑢, a true oasis of nature and well-being.

The villa accommodates up to 8 guests with 4 spacious bedrooms, a large double living room overlooking the sea, a fully equipped kitchen, and 4 bathrooms, covering a total area of approximately 200 square meters.

The patio, suspended above the sea, will be your haven on cool spring days and the perfect setting for summer evenings scented with salt air.

A private path leads directly to the white sandy beach, where crystal-clear waters invite you to slow down and reconnect.

From the moment you arrive, this villa 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲: lovingly maintained, welcoming, with a rustic yet refined style, and natural materials that speak of tradition and authenticity.

~ Kala & Moru is a small touristic place 30 km from Cagliari and 24 km from Villasimius

~ In few minutes by car you can enjoy other really beautiful beach as Geremeas, Mari Pintau and Torre delle Stelle.
~ In 25 minutes you are able to reach Villasimius and its amazing beaches.

~ Safety and health are a priority for us.
For this reason we want to inform you that before your arrival your accommodation will be cleaned and sanitized according to the WHO indications, giving particular attention to all the surfaces that are touched most frequently.
The linen (sheets and towels) is included for each guest and is sanitized and
sanitized.
~ We can check in you from 4pm till 9 pm.
~ Check in after 9pm is available upon request and subject to approval.
~ Day use (on request): € 300
~ No cleaning service and linen change are provide during your stay.
In the event of a request for intermediate cleaning during the stay, this must be agreed in advance and has a cost of 250€, while the change of linen has a cost of 15€ for each double bed and 10€ for each single bed.
~ Other services available upon request (fees will apply):
Crib and sheets: 5€ per day (you can pay it at check in time)
~ On request, only when you are reserving the flat, you could reserve your beach towels at the price of 5€ per beach towels for your entire holiday.
~ In case you lost the keys we'll ask for a refund of 50€ from your deposit.
