Every corner in this residence has been taken care of with love & attention: from the huge lawn with children's play area to the bright, tastefully furnished rooms, all to ensure maximum comfort for guests.

But the real 𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗮 lies just beyond the door, with direct, private access to the beach at 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗮𝘀.

~ Geremeas is a small tourist resort 30 km from Cagliari and 24 km from Villasimius.
It is an area of ​​summer houses and villas overlooking the splendid beach of Geremeas for the exclusive use of condominiums.
~ A few minutes by car you can also enjoy the equally splendid beaches of Kala and Moru, Mari Pintau and Torre delle Stelle.
~ With about 25 minutes by car you can reach Villasimius and its splendid beaches.

~ Safety and health are a priority for us.
For this reason we want to inform you that before your arrival your accommodation will be cleaned and sanitized according to the WHO indications, giving particular attention to all the surfaces that are touched most frequently.
The linen (sheets and towels) is included for each guest and is sanitized and
sanitized.
~ We can check in you from 4pm till 9 pm.
~ Check in after 9pm is available upon request and subject to approval.
~ Day use (on request): € 250
~ No cleaning service and linen change are provide during your stay.
In the event of a request for intermediate cleaning during the stay, this must be agreed in advance and has a cost of 180€, while the change of linen has a cost of 15€ for each double bed and 10€ for each single bed.
~ Other services available upon request (fees will apply):
Crib and sheets: 5€ per day (you can pay it at check in time)
~ On request, only when you are reserving the flat, you could reserve your beach towels at the price of 5€ per beach towels for your entire holiday.
~ In case you lost the keys we'll ask for a refund of 50€ from your deposit.
