Right to rectification(art.16 GDPR): Possibility for the Customer to obtain from the Controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data.
Right to deletion(art.17 GDPR): Possibility for the Client to request the deletion of personal data concerning him/her where one of the reasons set out in the article exists, including: revocation of consent, unlawful processing and fulfilment of a legal obligation.
Right to limitation (Art. 18 GDPR): Possibility for the client to obtain the limitation of processing, which can be configured as a total or partial suspension of the processing of data or even in some cases as its immobilisation. This can only be requested in exceptional cases expressly determined by the rule, including the period necessary to ascertain the accuracy of personal data, unlawful processing, the exercise of a right in a court of law.
Right to data portability(art.20 GDPR): The Customer has the right to receive, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, personal data concerning him/her provided by a Data Controller and the right to pass such data on to another Data Controller.
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): Possibility for the Customer for reasons related to his or her particular situation to object to the processing of data concerning him or her pursuant to Art. 6(1)(e) and (f) and/or for direct marketing purposes.
Right not to be subjected to automated processes (Art. 22 GDPR): Possibility for the Customer to object to being subjected to processes based solely on automated processing if they produce legal effects concerning him or her or significantly affect him or her. The data controller does not use automated decision-making processes capable of producing legal effects on the data subjects.
The right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Art. 13 - 77 GDPR) and the right to an effective judicial remedy (Art. 79 GDPR). The possibility for Data Subjects to protect their rights and interests before the competent bodies, including the courts
