"Real stables" Loft in Catello - old town

This Loft is located in the Santa Croce Bastion, in the historic neighborhood of Castello. It was part of the military barracks built in 1738 known which once housed the military department of the Dragons, with lodging and stables.
At the end of the 1800's most of the building was transformed into housing and sold to private people. This loft was recently restored and renovated with attention to conserve the architectural elements and details of it's original construction period.

~ The Loft was recently renewed and restored and includes the living area with a sofa bed, a mezzanine with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.
~ The loft has wooden floor and ceiling and stone insert on the walls.
~ The loft has an entrance from a private condominium courtyard.

For this reason we want to inform you that before your arrival your accommodation will be cleaned and sanitized according to the WHO indications, giving particular attention to all the surfaces that are touched most frequently.
The linen (sheets and towels) is included for each guest and is sanitized and
sanitized!
* You can check in from 3pm till 9 pm.
* Check in after 9pm is available upon request and subject to approval.
* In case you lost the keys we will ask for a refund of 50 euros from your deposit.
* We collaborate with an excellent NCC service that guarantees the same rates as taxi companies, with the difference that the driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area holding a sign with your name. You can pay the service at the end of the ride directly to the driver.
The price is 27,50€ (1-3 ppl) and 35€ (4-8 ppl). Please consider that transfers from 21.30 pm till 7am have a different price. Ask us for a quote in that case! To arrange transfer service we have to be informed at least 72 hrs before your arrival.

> Crib and sheets: euro 5 per day (you can pay it at check in time)
* On request, only when you are reserving the flat, you could reserve your beach towels at the price of 5 euro per towel for your entire holiday (from May till October)

The Castello neighborhood is the oldest and highest part of the city and also the most prestigious neighborhood.
In the beginning, the city of Cagliari was here, inside the high walls.
In Castello you will have breathtaking views of the surrounding city, the historic towers and noble buildings of the Castello neighborhood as well as a splendid terrace called Saint Remy Bastion.
