REFUNDABLE RATE
The rate is fully refundable if it is canceled within 14 days of arrival.
From 14 to 8 refund of 50%
From 7 till the arrival day and NO SHOW the reservation is NOT refundable.
NOT REFUNDABLE RATE
In case you reserve with a not refundable rate, there are not any refund.

In case you reserved but at the same time you do not pay with credit card we kindly ask you to proceed with transfer as a payment method, within 48 hours of booking, sending us the payment slip to the email [email protected]
If we do not receive any payment within 48 hours the reservation will be cancelled.
