"Villa Valeria" | Charming house close to the beach

Villa Valeria is a delicious villa few steps from the beach, located in the turistic and private area of Geremeas, 30 km from Cagliari.
The garden with its fruit trees, aromatic plants and typical plants of Mediterranean scrub, surrounds the Villa offering to its guests the privacy.
The patio is the right place to have lunch or have relax reading a book.

~ "Villa Valeria" is a typical Villa few steps from the beautiful beach of Geremeas, with a patio, a beautiful garden that surrounds the house and very rich of plants and fruit trees, a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a small kitchen fully equipped, 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms
~ Rooms are furnished with style; one of them has a terrace where you can have breakfast or read a book.
In the patio you could have dinner or be confortable after dinner drinking a local wine.
~ Kitchen has fridge, freezer, cookers, oven.
Obviously you can have also microwave and a coffee machine.
~ House is also equipped with washing machine and wifi.
~ There is heating and air conditioning one of at ground floor and one at the first floor.
~ The linen (sheets and towels) is included for each guest and is sanitized and
sanitized.

> Geremeas is a small touristic place 30 km from Cagliari and 24 km from Villasimius

For this reason we want to inform you that before your arrival your accommodation will be cleaned and sanitized according to the WHO indications, giving particular attention to all the surfaces that are touched most frequently.
The linen (sheets and towels) is included for each guest and is sanitized and

* We can check in you from 3pm till 9 pm.
* Check in after 9pm is available upon request and subject to approval.
* Day use (on request): € 120
* To offer you our best service we need to know your flight number or if you are not coming bye plane your expected arrival on time.
Consider that nobody of us live nearby and we need to plan your arrival time in advance
* No cleaning service and linen change are provide during your stay.
In case you need, must be requested in advance and the price is 140 euro while the price for the line is 5 euro each person.
* Other services available upon request (fees will apply):
Crib and sheets: euro 5 per day (you can pay it at check in time)
* On request, only when you are reserving the flat, you could reserve your beach towels at the price of 5 euro/per beach towels for your entire holiday.
* In case you lost the keys we'll ask for a refund of 50 euros from your deposit.
